Our muscles need a minimum of 72 hours for recovery so that we can train that muscle again.

Fact – Abdominal muscles are like other muscles in our body. We should train them like we train other muscles or train them on a specific day in our week. Rest is essential for every muscle.

Myth – White teeth are a sign of healthy and strong gums.

Fact – Everyone thinks that white teeth are healthy and strong, but it is not true. According to dentists, slightly yellowish teeth are much healthier and stronger than white teeth. There is no scientific reason for white teeth as shown in some toothpaste advertisements.

Fact – We often hear that the appendix is a waste part with no function in our body, but this statement is not true. The appendix is a source of good bacteria that help our digestive system. When a person has diarrhea, the appendix helps a lot. It helps our digestive system absorb good bacteria, aiding in our body’s recovery.

Myth – If we sleep for a total of eight hours, whether it is in parts, it’s fine.

Fact – It’s true that an average person needs a minimum of 7 to 8 hours of sleep for better function, but it should be continuous. There should be no gaps in your sleep; you should sleep continuously for 7 to 8 hours. Your body can’t rest and recover when you sleep in parts. You must adopt a fixed sleeping schedule. It’ll help your body to set a clock for sleep and wakeup, and your body functions better when it gets proper rest and has a fixed sleeping schedule.
