    What is nightfall

    There are many hormonal changes when a boy enters into adolescence age. He could not understand what was going on with his body. His mind thinks a lot of things about sexual things and attractions but he could it find how to stop them. He is going to attracted towards his opposite sex and thinks about them and at night when he is asleep, sperm ejaculation from his penis without doing any sexual activity is called nightfall. Nightfall is normally seen in the age group of 15 – 25. It often happens at night when you are sleeping but it is not compulsory, it can happen during the day and also when you are taking a nap. In this blog, we will discuss some major reasons for night falls and how can we cure this.

    Is it normal or a disease – 

    There are many myths regarding this that night fall is good or bad for our body or is it normal or a disease. When night fall is occurs one to three times in a month then it is normal and if it happens two or three times in a week then it is considering in a disease. Then you should consult a well-qualified sexologist without wasting any time.

    Reasons – 

    Thinking too much about sex and sexual things – 

    When a boy enters into adolescence age, he thinks too much about sex and sexual things. When he thinks all the time about these sexual things and feels pleasure then his mind cannot stop. He thinks lot of things like how he will have sex when he will be with his wife or with his gf. These all things are in his subconscious mind and when he is asleep, his body is asleep but his mind analyses these thoughts and at night these thoughts work and he feels he is doing something and his body became activate for sex and nightfall occurs.

    Watching porn – 

    When a boy is attracted to girls, he is curious about the bodies of girls and wants to see their bodies. For that, he watched porn which is not good for an adolescence age boy because when he wants to see it, he will think all the time regarding this and feel pleasure. These virtual thoughts give him pleasure and at night, these thoughts analyzed by his mind. He may dream about sex and the chances of nightfall increased.

    Eating those foods too much produces heat in your body – 

    When you eat those foods which produce excess heat in your body is also a reason for the nightfall. Our body produces sperms continues and if you are eating foods that produce heat in excess, then your body feels extra heat in your body, then it can release sperm to cool down the body just like pee and sweat. There are fewer chances that your body does this because the body will cool down by pee and sweat but it can be a cause of nightfall.  

     When you don’t have sex and not doing masturbate – 

    A male body continues to produce sperm in bulk quantity. When a person does sex or does masturbate, his body releases sperm, and the quantity of sperm remains in good proportion when a person doesn’t do sex or masturbate, the quantity of sperm increases, and your body releases it in the form of nightfall. That doesn’t mean you should masturbate, it depends on the nature of the body and lifestyle of a person.

    Cure – 

    As we talk about in this blog that nightfall is not a disease if it happens two or three times in a month but if it happens two to three in a week then you should consult a qualified sexologist. It’s not a matter of shame. Some people thought about how they face the people if they will get know this but 7 out of 10 boys have nightfall. There are some points you should do for it – 

    • You must stop watching porn because if you don’t stop this your mind continues to think about these sexual things and at night it comes up in your dream andthe chances of nightfall increase.
    • You should stop thinking about sex and sexual things and get some positive thoughts in your mind. 
    • You should join a gym or do some physical activity so that your mind and your energy process are in a good channel. When you do some physical activity then your mind and your body get tired and minimum thoughts will come into your mind. 
    • You should stop using mobile at-least two hours before sleep. When you going to sleep, your mind analyses your thoughts. So, when you use your mobile and see the nudity or some kind of sex videos, it will be remains in your subconscious mind and chances of night fall will be increases. 
    • You should read a good or religious book before going to sleep. It gives you some positive energy and thoughts and when you are asleep you will get some good dreams instead of those sexual thoughts.
